The City of Lugano needed to make the process of booking events, shows and sports facilities more efficient and convenient for citizens and visitors and to encourage the use of a digital currency: LVGA.
Our technological skills and knowledge allowed us to study a project that would meet the required needs: the My Lugano application!
Thanks to the knowledge of Blockchain technology we have created the platform to book access to events and services. The platform has managed to make the LVGA the city token and allow residents and visitors to make payments in restaurants, bars and local shops through this digital currency making Lugano a city at the forefront of technology.
The platform recently won an IEEE Smart City Award, a global example of technological innovation! In the ever-changing world, few realities can emerge with such audacity and vision that they earn the honor of receiving the acclaimed "IEEE Smart City Award".
