This year, we want to share with you a special moment experienced by the Advinser team, an experience that goes beyond daily work and celebrates the strength of the bonds that unite us!

On December 11, 2025, it wasn’t just another date on our calendar.

It was a pause to live together, an experience designed to go beyond the office and rediscover the strength of the connection that binds us.

Our adventure began in Lucignano, where we tested ourselves in a paintball activity organized into several strategic games.

Amid splashes of color and improvised tactics, we challenged ourselves in a series of strategic matches. Divided into teams and guided by different captains each time, we learned that every victory comes from the ability to listen, trust your teammate completely, and run together toward a shared goal. It was an intense, physical test, but above all an exercise in distributed leadership and team spirit.

After the adrenaline, we moved to the charming setting of Terzo di Danciano, in the municipality of Cortona, where we spent the evening.

Here, time seemed to stand still. Surrounded by the beauty of the location, we settled in and began the dinner with an aperitif, accompanied by a selection of zero-kilometer products and Slow Food presidia, highlighting local excellence and quality ingredients. The wines, by Badia Crepaldo, completed an authentic and carefully curated gastronomic experience.

The dinner was brought to life by a live band and team games that involved everyone: poems, riddles, and small missions to complete between courses, creating a lighthearted and fun atmosphere that encouraged sharing and laughter.

The evening ended by the fireplace, with conversations and a drink, before returning to the office the next morning. A precious occasion to strengthen relationships, align energies, and recognize the value of teamwork that drives Advinser’s projects every day.
