Future Factory Forum 26: insights and opportunities for Manufacturing

Reading time: 2 minutes

From April 19 to 21, at the prestigious Grand Hotel di Rimini, Advinser took part in the Future Factory Forum organized by Richmond Italia, one of the most important events for connecting demand and supply in the industrial sector.

Representing the company were Alessio Pietrelli (CEO) and Federico Pianigiani (CCO), who engaged in a series of one-to-one meetings with decision-makers from the Italian manufacturing industry.

The value of direct dialogue: beyond data, real business priorities

The meetings confirmed a key point: manufacturing companies’ priorities are evolving rapidly, but they do not always emerge clearly from data or market trends.

Discussions with delegates highlighted the need for:

  •  Greater real-time control of production
  •  Effective integration between MES and ERP
  •  Waste reduction and improved operational efficiency
  •  Traceability and quality as competitive drivers (also from a regulatory perspective)

What clearly emerged is that companies are not just looking for technology, but for practical, implementable, and results-driven solutions.

/.MES: from theory to practice in real production environments

During the Forum, Advinser presented its solution /.MES, designed to effectively meet the needs of manufacturing companies.

Unlike standardized approaches, /.MES stands out for:

  •  Industry-specific verticalization (fashion, furniture, glass, ceramics, mechanical)
  •  Seamless integration with existing systems (ERP, BI, quality)
  •  Real-time data collection directly from the production line
  •  Decision support based on reliable and up-to-date KPIs

Direct discussions with managers highlighted that the value of an MES today lies not only in data collection, but in the ability to turn data into immediate operational actions.

Industry 5.0 and sustainability: from regulatory requirement to strategic lever

Another key topic that emerged during the Future Factory Forum is the transition toward Industry 5.0.

Companies are increasingly required to monitor energy consumption, demonstrate process sustainability, and integrate digital technologies with human capital. In this context, systems like /.MES become essential to:

  •  Track data required for compliance and certifications
  •  Optimize resource usage
  •  Support strategic decisions based on real data

From conversations to action: Advinser’s role

Participating in events like the Future Factory Forum means for Advinser turning dialogue into concrete development.

Each interaction represents an opportunity to validate existing solutions, identify new market needs, and guide product evolution in a targeted way.

The goal is not only to follow the market, but to anticipate its needs with solutions that deliver real value to companies.
