AiKITO: the AI assistant working inside your platform

Reading time: 4 minutes

Your platform becomes easier to use, starting now.

If you work with a proprietary platform or software, such as an ERP, a client portal, or an e-commerce site, you already know the challenges.
The exact same questions hitting your support team every week. Features no one uses because no one knows they exist. Users stuck on a screen calling a colleague, opening a ticket, or giving up and guessing their way through. Every single time, it is wasted time for your support team or for a client who gets convinced your product is overly complicated.

That is where AiKITO comes in.

It is the AI-powered assistant that lives right inside your platform.
It knows your documentation, understands which screen the user is on, and knows who they are.
It does not replace anyone: it simply ensures nobody is left waiting.

What Changes for You

01. Your platform becomes easier to use. Without a rebuild.
You do not touch the UI, you do not reopen the roadmap, and you do not ask anyone to relearn anything. The assistant sits alongside what is already there and makes accessible what is currently buried at the bottom of a menu.
02. Your users get immediate answers. Even on Saturdays, even at 11 PM.
Not because someone is on call, but because the answer lives inside the product. Inquiries that currently flood support, which are not actual technical issues but simple questions, get resolved independently. Your support team is left only with requests that truly require a human touch.
03. Your product offers something others don't.
To the end user, it is not "a vendor's AI": it is a native feature of your software, carrying your name and your brand colors.

It Doesn’t Just Answer: It Acts

This is what sets AiKITO apart from a standard chatbot, and it is what drastically increases time saved.
An assistant that merely explains solves an information problem: it tells you how to cancel a registration. But the user still has to go and do it, and if the process is long, the explanation saved them very little time.
AiKITO prepares the action, displays it, and asks for confirmation. It fills out forms and entries, opens tasks, tickets, and logs, updates fields, and produces summaries. The user simply reviews and saves.
It comes with two non-negotiable guarantees, which are crucial to state upfront as they are the very reason companies trust you to install an assistant inside their software:

  1. The user retains final approval. AiKITO prepares and presents; the human saves. No irreversible actions are taken autonomously.
  2. The company defines the scope. Which actions are allowed, for whom, and within what limits: this is a pre-configured setup, not an emergent behavior.

Where It Already Works

This is not an announcement of something coming in the future. AiKITO was born inside Advinser products and works every day for our clients:

  • In MainFlow, our software for HVAC and refrigeration equipment maintenance, it sits alongside technicians while on site: it answers their questions and completes intervention logs with them before they even get back into their vehicles.
  • In our /.MES, it answers shop-floor operators regarding line statuses, downtime causes, and alerts, without forcing them to leave their workstations or track down the shift supervisor.
  • In /.QControl, it guides quality control operators and registers results on their behalf while their hands are busy inspecting garments and materials.

Why You Can Trust It

Three answers to the three objections that always arise, in this exact order:

"What if it makes things up?"

AiKITO works inside a platform and strictly on what pertains to it. Answers come exclusively from pre-loaded documentation, not the open internet. And when information is missing, it explicitly says so and routes the request to a human. This last behavior is the most critical: an assistant that answers everything, no matter what, is an assistant no one trusts. This is the exact question you should ask any vendor before even requesting a demo.

"What if someone gets it to do something they shouldn't?"

If a salesperson with a 10% discount cap asks, "Can I apply a 20% discount to this client?", AiKITO replies that it exceeds their user profile limits and offers to forward the request to a manager. If a sales manager asks, it applies the discount and leaves the confirmation step for review. The permission framework is native to your platform, not an added layer on top.

"Where does our data end up?"

On infrastructure within the European Union, processed in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Data never leaves the European space, remains the exclusive property of the client company, and is used solely to assist its users. Advinser operates with a management system certified under ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018, providing written guarantees regarding what is stored, for how long, and with what access permissions prior to kickoff.

Who Can Activate It, and What Is Needed

Because AiKITO  installs directly inside software, it can be activated by whoever controls that software:

  • Software houses and developers offering their proprietary platform to clients;
  • Companies with in-house or custom-built management applications and software;
  • E-commerce platforms and portals on extensible frameworks (such as Shopify or WooCommerce);
  • Client portals and restricted areas managed directly by the enterprise.

Simply upload the documentation, fine-tune the name, tone of voice, and profile permissions, and AiKITO gets straight to work for your users.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between AiKITO and a standard chatbot?

A chatbot lives alongside software, usually on a support page or external portal, and limits itself to answering questions. AiKITO lives inside the platform: it understands the user's current screen, profile, and permission levels. When asked, it performs the action and requests confirmation before saving.

Does AiKITO replace customer support?

No, nor is that the goal. It removes repetitive inquiries from the queue, resolving them the moment they arise, even outside business hours. Complex queries requiring human assistance still reach your team: when information is missing, AiKITO acknowledges it and hands off the request.

How long does deployment take?

It is not a drawn-out project: platform documentation is uploaded, the assistant's name, tone, and profile permissions are set, and it goes live. Timelines depend primarily on how much documentation is already available and the number of user profiles to configure.

We use third-party software from an external vendor: can we activate it?

Not directly. AiKITO installs inside the software, so it must be deployed by the vendor developing that application. If your software is third-party, the first step is involving that vendor; we can help you identify who to contact and what is required.

Where is user data processed?

On infrastructure within the European Union in full compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). All data remains the property of the client company. Advinser operates under certified management systems conforming to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, and 27018.
