eGeos: the new district heating app developed by Advinser for the Municipality of Piancastagnaio
Advinser creates eGeos, a new digital opportunity for citizens
On the afternoon of Wednesday, December 10, at 6:00 PM, at the Town Hall of the Municipality of Piancastagnaio, eGeos, the new smartphone app dedicated to managing district heating bills, was presented to the public. The app was created by Advinser in collaboration with the Municipality of Piancastagnaio.
Advinser was represented at the event by Clarissa Biagioni (Project Manager and Head of the project), Alice Mechini (Marketing Manager), and Federico Pianigiani (Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member). Hosting the event were Mayor Franco Capocchi, Dr. Pietro Basta, and Dr. Beatrice Santoro, who guided the presentation for the citizens.
During the meeting, the functionality of the application was illustrated. It was developed to offer citizens a simple and intuitive tool that complements the traditional channels already in use. The app allows users to consult bills, make payments, submit self-readings, and monitor consumption, providing a convenient and immediate digital alternative. Furthermore, it enables the Municipality to communicate directly with users through real-time notifications and alerts.
